Human Country Jukebox (Featuring Jack Gregori from Season 8 of "The Voice"

Saturday September 6th

Human Country Jukebox, created by singer-songwriter, guitar-picker Jack Gregori, has its roots in rabble-rousing outlaw country bands from the good old days in the deep South.  HCJ claims no hometown – “No town can hold me,” Jack insists with a slight wink – but you’ll swear this band comes straight outta North Texas.

Front man Jack Gregori (season 8 of "The Voice") grew up singing and playing whatever musical instruments were around him.  “I got hooked when I was a kid in the 80’s and watched The Blues Brothers movie. That opened it up for me and I haven’t stopped since.”  Eventually, Jack started performing at open mic nights.  By 2010, he had picked up some local musicians, beginning the evolution into the Human Country Jukebox band. Since then, the band has performed well over a hundred times, mainly in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area.

The name Human Country Jukebox actually refers to Jack himself.  He’s memorized more than 200 country-western hits. Shout out the name of any song at one of their shows, and you’ll discover that HCJ can wing anything.

Taking requests and interacting with the audience is a signature of every HCJ performance. Audiences can expect a different show every time, filled with creative improvisations and reinterpretations of classic country tunes. Just don’t yell out “Sweet Home Alabama.”

The Cassaday Concoction

Saturday October 4th

The Cassaday Concoction is a funky blues-rock band founded in the summer of 2018 by Virginia based singer-songwriter Chris Cassaday. The band, consisting of Chris's close friends Brian Gerrard on lead guitar, Dom Ryan on bass, and Adam Bush on drums, have proven very quickly that they are must see performers. Since their start, the Concoction has quickly upgraded from bar and brewery gigs to some playing some of the biggest stages the east coast of the US has to offer, while bringing a swarm of enthusiastic fans, both new and old, with them. Each member's eclectic mix of musical backgrounds gives the band's sound a unique and powerful edge, luring the audience in with catchy harmonies, hard-punching rock and roll, soothing soul music, and reggae one-drops. Their shows truly are a "Concoction" of musical euphoria, with the band taking you on a journey of whatever genre or vibe is pumping through their veins. The band released two EP's from 2019-2020 followed by three new singles in 2022 that have a combined 500,000 streams on Spotify. Their first full length album “I Need To Be” was released on September 9th, 2022. After touring up and down the east coast to promote the album, the band released the singles “Paint A Picture”, “Big Living”, and “Ghost” in 2024. They followed up with a live EP in December 2024, and then released their latest single “Blink & You’ll Miss It” in June 2025. They are hard at work on a new music to be released in late 2025. Coming to a stage near you…

LEÆTHER STRIP

The solo-project of the legendary Danish electronic musician Claus Larsen. First signed by the German Electro Label Zoth Ommog in 1989, this industrial act quickly built a buzz as one of the most exciting emerging acts in Europe in the early 90's. While being a big inspiration to many of today’s younger acts in the subculture, Leæther Strip is still one of the most prolific producers and active international live acts. Claus is known for very uptempo energetic sets including classic hits like "Strap Me Down", "Don’t Tame Your Soul" and unique covers of Depeche Mode, Judas Priest, Soft Cell, Front 242, Ministry, Talk Talk, Lords of Acid, Yazoo, and many classic 80’s synthpop artists.

The Magical Mystery Girls

Saturday October 18th

The Magical Mystery Girls came together in 2017 as a one-time "supergroup" of female performers to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the release of The Beatles' revolutionary Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band album. After 6 months of rehearsals, the band made its debut in June 2017 by playing a full set of early Beatles songs followed by the Sgt. Pepper album and a few other songs from 1967. The response was so overwhelming that they decided to keep the band together and to continue adding songs from the Beatles catalog. After several standing-room only shows to a loyal and growing following, the Magical Mystery Girls are now a sought-after act at festivals, concert venues, and clubs throughout the mid-Atlantic and beyond. Beatles fans are especially drawn to the band's attention to detail, overseen by two super-fans within the group. In addition to local venues such as the Lurman Woodland Theater, Jammin’ Java, and the Bethesda Blues and Jazz Club, The Magical Mystery Girls have performed at several Beatles events, including the New York Metro Fest for Beatles Fans, and at events with Beatles historian and author Dr. Kenneth Womack and “Deconstructing the Beatles” founder/Musicologist Scott Freiman at the Cutting Room in New York City where they performed the entire Beatles Get Back Rooftop concert. They have also performed the entire Abbey Road album with absolutely no samples or pre-recorded tracks.

Better Off Dead

Saturday October 25th

(Presented by Rockin Rona Entertainment)

For over 10 years, Better Off Dead  have celebrated the music of The Grateful Dead with the same passion, energy, and exploration as our heroes. We play nearly every song in the Dead catalog, so each show is a unique concert experience for our devoted fans. And just like Jerry Garcia said, we “choose fun in this lifetime” so our concerts are filled with lots of dancing, love, smiles, and hugs. We aspire to play the music anew, often with fidelity to the past but just as often with the daring to forge our own path. We feel privileged to connect to the wonderful community of fans who love the Dead, and this grand and enduring tradition, as much as we do. We play regionally in the Mid-Atlantic area, so come join the party!
