Well, there's really no way to fully capture the experiences and sounds of Philly-born band,MINKA. But if you want to let your imagination run wild: Let's pretend some scientists got in the lab and crossed Bowie with Prince, and then sprinkled in some Talking Heads.

Janine Wilson
’s name carries with it certain expectations. A big voice with a stage presence to match it. Award-winning songs full of love, heartache, and mischief. A command of vocal styles ranging from Blues and Americana to torch songs. And while those expectations will not go unfulfilled with her new album, don’t let the familiar face on the cover fool you.

Wicked Sycamore
Saturday August 9th
Wicked Sycamore is an all-female trio hailing from the Baltimore/DC area, consisting of Juliette Bell on guitar, Lainie Gray on mandolin, and Madeline Waters on cello. Their sound can be described as contemporary folk with a mischievous edge that is grounded in traditional roots music but branches out into Americana, bluegrass, funk, and jazz. They write original music ranging from fun and light-hearted sing-alongs to deep, introspective tunes for the ages. Their music combines intricate vocal harmonies with thoughtful arrangement, mood shifts, and story-telling. They are proud to add their voices as both female musicians and songwriters to the modern music landscape.

Darling (FKA The Dales)
Wednesday August 20th
After six years of touring and recording as the acclaimed Americana trio ‘The Dales Band,’ Jacqueline Tozzi and Preston Pope stepped into a bold new chapter with the formation of ‘Darling’ in early 2025. A genre-blending duo born from the heart of harmony and the soul of reinvention, Jacqueline and Preston’s vocals and songwriting helped shape a beloved sound rooted in soul, rock, and country. ‘Darling’ is where the grit of classic rock meets the emotional depth of soul, threaded with an edge that’s both modern and timeless. Tozzi’s signature powerhouse vocals—equal parts smoky vulnerability and fierce conviction—now shine with even greater clarity, while Pope’s masterful guitar work and melodic instincts drive the duo’s sound into bold new territory. The two artists share a long-standing musical rapport that’s palpable in every note, forged through years of harmonizing and co-creating. Where ‘The Dales’ channeled a spirit of nostalgic warmth, ‘Darling’ pushes forward with cinematic energy, emotional resonance, and hooks that linger. Their songs tell stories of reinvention, risk, and raw connection, set against soundscapes that range from intimate to anthemic. Currently at work on their debut release, ‘Darling’ is a band built on evolution—with deep roots and fresh wings.

Grateful Allman Band Experience
Saturday August 30th
(Presented by Rockin Rona Entertainment)
Featuring an all-star lineup of some of the best mid-Atlantic regional band players from Danger Bird, Covered with Jam, Montgomery Warlocks, and The Crimestoppers; The Grateful Allman Band Experience celebrates the music of the Grateful Dead, Allman Brothers, and The Band. The band has been touring up and down the mid-Atlantic for the last decade reliving the bands and music featured in the venerated Watkins Glen Summer Jam Music Festival. While the band is not a full-on tribute band (we couldn’t afford all the set and wardrobe changes), we do promise to celebrate the music and times of these legendary bands along with a few related surprises! You'll be dancin' in your seats!

LEÆTHER STRIP
The solo-project of the legendary Danish electronic musician Claus Larsen. First signed by the German Electro Label Zoth Ommog in 1989, this industrial act quickly built a buzz as one of the most exciting emerging acts in Europe in the early 90's. While being a big inspiration to many of today’s younger acts in the subculture, Leæther Strip is still one of the most prolific producers and active international live acts. Claus is known for very uptempo energetic sets including classic hits like "Strap Me Down", "Don’t Tame Your Soul" and unique covers of Depeche Mode, Judas Priest, Soft Cell, Front 242, Ministry, Talk Talk, Lords of Acid, Yazoo, and many classic 80’s synthpop artists.

Saturday November 22nd
The Walkaways are a metropolitan DC-based band, making music since 2006. The band released its fourth full-length album entitled “In Sepia” in 2024. This follows Fifty Left to Burn (2008) and Romance and Medicine (2012), recorded and co-produced with Grammy-nominated producer John Jennings (Mary Chapin Carpenter, Indigo Girls, The Rankin Family, Iris Dement), and "After the Fall" in 2017. The band released its fifth full length album in the summer of 2025.
From the beginning The Walkaways' sound has been called "alt-country" (Washington Post, Washington City Paper, Washingtonian Magazine), and that description still fits pretty well. Their songs draw even more broadly, however, from Americana, roots rock, country, indie folk, and classic rock. Key influences include Ryan Adams, Son Volt, Wilco, Springsteen, Uncle Tupelo, The Band, and Old 97s.
You can hear The Walkaways play live at popular DC-area venues that support original music, including Pearl Street Warehouse, Solace Outpost, Vanish Farmwoods Brewery, Evening Star Cafe, Lena’s Beer Garden, 7 Locks Brewing, Westover Beer Garden, along with local festivals, charity events, and every now and then at venues in NYC like Arlene's Grocery and Rockwood Music Hall.
