Off-Site Catering
The Renegade — Wherever You Gather
Not every great party happens at The Renegade.
Our off-site catering menus bring the same approach to your home, office, event space or wherever you choose to gather. As with everything we do, menus and styles of service are custom tailored to the client, the occasion and the unique possibilities of the location.
For many off-site events, we build menus around beautifully presented platters, displays, composed salads and dishes designed to travel and serve exceptionally well. For locations that allow us a little more room to play, we can incorporate chefs, grills, fryers and other equipment to create a more interactive experience.
The location may change. The approach doesn't.
Mediterranean Lunch
A colorful collection of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors makes a wonderful foundation for a luncheon, office gathering or daytime celebration.
Begin with platters of hummus, baba ghanoush and tabouleh with fresh crudité and grilled pita. Add stuffed grape leaves, marinated fresh mozzarella, black and green olives and cumin-crusted cauliflower with lemon tahini.
Grilled oregano and lemon chicken, sliced meats or other proteins can turn the display into a complete meal, accompanied by fresh salads, breads and seasonal sides.
A Beautiful Working Lunch
Lunch doesn't have to look like lunch in a box.
Composed salads, roasted and grilled meats, seasonal vegetables, artisan breads and beautifully arranged platters allow guests to build a plate, return for a little more and continue the conversation.
Add a charcuterie and cheese display for arrival, fresh fruit or berries, assorted sweets and beverages to create a complete luncheon that works just as comfortably for a corporate meeting as it does for a gathering at home.
Brunch
Brunch gives us plenty of room to play.
Fresh fruit and berries, pastries and breads, composed salads and beautifully arranged platters can be paired with quiche, frittata and other savory breakfast offerings to create a relaxed spread that works throughout the morning and into the afternoon.
Add smoked salmon and accompaniments, charcuterie and cheeses, or heartier lunch selections for a gathering that comfortably bridges breakfast and lunch.
And where the location permits, we can take brunch further with chef-prepared or cooked-to-order elements.
Charcuterie, Cheese & Grazing Displays
Sometimes the table itself becomes part of the party.
Artisan cheeses and cured meats surrounded by olives, grilled vegetables, toasted nuts, dried and fresh fruits, crusty breads and crackers create a generous display that encourages guests to gather, graze and mingle.
Fresh crudité, Mediterranean specialties, bowls of seasonal berries and additional savory platters can be incorporated to turn a simple display into an abundant grazing table.
Salads, Platters & Seasonal Sides
Some of our best off-site menus are assembled from a collection of dishes rather than built around a single centerpiece.
Fresh composed salads, roasted and grilled vegetables, sliced meats and poultry, seafood, grains, breads and seasonal accompaniments can be mixed and matched to create a menu appropriate for anything from an informal office lunch to an elegant afternoon reception.
Add Mediterranean platters, charcuterie, fresh berries or something sweet to finish the table.
Cocktail & Reception Style
An off-site reception doesn't necessarily require a traditional meal.
Passed hors d'oeuvres can be paired with stationary displays, charcuterie, crudité, cheeses and smaller savory offerings to create an event that encourages guests to move, mingle and eat throughout the evening.
Depending upon the venue, staffing and available equipment, we can add hot hors d'oeuvres, chef-attended elements and other interactive service.
Your Place. Your Event. Your Menu.
These are examples, not packages.
Every off-site location presents different opportunities. A corporate conference room, private home, rooftop, ballroom or outdoor space each gives us a different canvas to work with.
We begin with where you're gathering, how you'd like your guests to experience the event and what you love to eat. From there, we combine stations, displays, platters, salads, passed hors d'oeuvres, sweets and beverages into a menu designed specifically for you.
And when the location allows for grills, fryers, carts or other equipment, most anything is possible.
